About La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort:

La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is focused on presenting African hospitality and culture in a cosmopolitan manner. The resort boasts of a clean beach, lagoon and mangrove forest that provide visitors with the opportunity to observe, at close quarters, a wide variety of tropical Flora and fauna that include snake trees, mangroves, various species of epiphytes, monkeys, squirrels, bats, and various species of birds such as kingfishers, sea hawks, egrets and ducks.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Lead and manage a marketing team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to create and execute promotional campaigns that align with the resort’s goals and target audience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Manage the resort’s online presence, including the website, social media profiles, and third-party travel platforms.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media to enhance the resort’s visibility.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 4years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
