Responsibilities:

  • Input and update data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets accurately
  • Transfer information from paper documents, forms, and other sources into digital formats
  • Verify accuracy of data by reviewing and cross-checking entries
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems
  • Generate reports and extract data as requested by supervisors
  • Scan, copy, and file documents in appropriate systems
  • Perform data cleanup and correction tasks to maintain database integrity
  • Follow data entry procedures and quality standards consistently
  • Meet daily productivity targets and accuracy requirements
  • Handle confidential information with appropriate discretion
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist with special projects involving large-scale data migration or cleanup
  • Update customer information, inventory records, or financial data
  • Create and maintain backup copies of important data files

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-50 WPM with 98% accuracy)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with database software and data entry systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic math skills for numerical data verification
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Patience for repetitive tasks and long periods of computer work
  • Good vision and hand-eye coordination
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work positions
