Role Description
- This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Marketing located in Lagos, The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing teams, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, driving sales, and managing public relations efforts.
- The role demands coordinating with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in marketing leadership roles, preferably within health-tech, pharmacy, or FMCG in Africa.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling data-driven acquisition funnels (CAC < $X, LTV > $Y).
- Strong command of digital tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), CRM.
- Exceptional storytelling skills—ability to translate complex healthcare data into compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L, budgets of $200K/year, and negotiating agency/vendor contracts.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and consumer behaviors.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

N750,000 – N850,000 Monthly.
