About the Company
The Research Industrial Park, the first of its kind in any University in Nigeria, is designed to translate into viable products the Research efforts of the University through the establishment of various industries in a dedicated Park with provision for all necessary infrastructural facilities such as Energy, Staff Housing and Security among others.
ABUAD Industrial Park consists of 121 units of industries purposely created to provide a crystalized productive working union between Afe Babalola University and Industrial Research Park as well as other functioning industries in Nigeria and beyond through strategic partnerships.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, and service-oriented Nigerians and non-Nigerians for the following positions in ABUAD Research Industrial Research Park, Ado-Ekiti, South-West Nigeria:
1.) Finance Manager / Accountant
2.) Factory Manager
3.) Storekeeper
4.) Receptionist / Front Desk Officer
5.) Administrative Officer
1. Finance Manager / Accountant
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Job Description
- To oversee the Financial Operations, Budgeting and Reporting of the Factory.
- To monitor Expenses, Revenue and Financial controls.
- To prepare monthly and Annual financial statements, and
- To ensure compliance with Accounting Standards.
Qualifications
- B. Sc /HND in Accounting or Finance. ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in Accounting. Hospitality experience will be an added advantage.
2. Finance Manager / Accountant
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Job Description

3. Storekeeper
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Job Description
- To maintain up-to-date inventory records and stock cards. To monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess
- To organize and label store items for easy identification and access.
- To support internal and external audit when required, and
- To coordinate with Procurement, Accounts and Operation teams
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND/B. Sc Degree in any relevant field, preferably in Social Sciences with 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Good Skills in Office Microsoft (Microsoft Excel e.t.c)
4. Receptionist/Front Desk Officer
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Job Description
- To manage Visitors’ enquires.
- To maintain accurate Visitors’ record.
- To provide information and support to Visitors/Clients.
- To coordinate with security for access control and visitor movement, and
- To receive and distribute official correspondence, deliveries and documents.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND/NCE/B.Sc in any field with 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
5. Administrative Officer
Location: Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti
Job Description
- To manage Office Documentation and Correspondence.
- To maintain schedules, records and preparation for meetings, and
- To support Management with Administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc in Secretariat Studies or similar qualifications with a minimum of 1-3 years admin experience.
