Responsibilities
- Providing customer service and support to existing clients
- Managing and growing existing customers’ accounts
- Timely resolution of issues, and escalation to the helpdesk where necessary
- Following up with underperforming clients to ensure optimal performance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Acting as a liaison between clients and other internal units
- Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- 3 years of experience in client management
- Experience in the travel industry would be a plus
- Experience in the use of any GDS is an added advantage
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication.
