About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager – Financial Services, you will partner with Microsoft’s most strategic customers to drive digital transformation and business growth. Leveraging Microsoft’s full portfolio of solutions—including AI, Copilot, and Security—you will deliver industry-relevant solutions, deepen customer trust, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
This role requires strategic account management, sales leadership, and industry expertise to help financial service organizations embrace digital technologies, maximize value, and achieve their long-term transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy: Develop and execute customer account plans to deliver both Microsoft’s revenue targets and customers’ business outcomes.

Strategic Partnership: Engage with senior customer stakeholders to shape digital transformation strategies that align with industry priorities.

Team Orchestration: Lead and coordinate internal Microsoft teams across solution areas to ensure consistent customer success and adoption.

Industry Expertise: Build deep knowledge of the financial services industry to identify opportunities, develop new business, and maintain competitive advantage.

Sales Excellence: Consistently drive revenue growth, expand market share, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Trusted Advisor: Act as the customer’s advocate within Microsoft, ensuring their needs are addressed and long-term partnerships are strengthened.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following:

7+ years’ experience in the financial services industry driving digital transformation or related fields (e.g., consulting, technology).
OR -
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field with 5+ years’ relevant experience.
OR -
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 4+ years’ relevant experience.

Strong background in enterprise account management, customer engagement, and digital transformation.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Industry-specific knowledge of the financial services sector and experience leveraging technology to solve business challenges.
