About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Relationship Officer to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, driving sales, delivering superior customer service, and supporting overall branch growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing tailored financial solutions.

Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Drive customer acquisition and sales across Fidelity Bank’s retail and corporate products.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Support the achievement of branch targets through effective relationship and portfolio management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.

Minimum of BE grade and above.

Strong skills in Business Relationship Management, Finance, and Sales.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Previous banking industry experience is an added advantage.
