Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Aide, located in Minna. The Administrative Aide will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone communications, maintaining clerical tasks, and assisting executives with administrative duties.
  • The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Clerical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a banking environment is a plus.
