earlySTEMer is an online platform for kids to learn practical technology skills such as Coding, Web Design, and Robotics. Kids learn online, work on practical projects, and get one-on-one tutoring when they need help.
Summary:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.
- This individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, managers, and team members, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability are important, as responsibilities may evolve to meet changing organizational needs.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all pre-sales inquiries from multiple channels including email, Instagram and website chat
- Handle business telephone lines (SMS, Calls, WhatsApp) and respond to customer requests in a timely, professional, and helpful manner
- Efficiently route sales inquiries to the sales team
- Manage communication between different stakeholders i.e. customers, internal team, contractors
- Ensure proper close out of each learning session e.g. report collation, sales cycle management
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and orders
- Perform other clerical duties such as organizing meetings, scheduling appointments, managing company equipment/resources, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is a plus
- Good use of Office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Time management skill
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Solid experience with digital media applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Salary:
N100,000-N150,000 monthly.
