Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining office inventory
  • Coordinate Drivers
  • Ensure a sound and safe work environment
  • Manage office procurements
  • Manage meeting rooms, and ensure proper meeting rooms are set up before any meeting
  • Maintain and manage office generator fueling, servicing, etc.
  • Manage all vehicle maintenance and fueling
  • Must have sound knowledge of fuel reconciliation
  • Coordinate all official travel arrangements
  • Ensure office cleanliness
  • Manage AEDC, Telephone, and other utility services
  • Cake and birthday Celebration
  • Other assigned responsibilities/duties.

 

Requirements:
  • Must have a Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
