Job Title: After Sales Officer (Engineer)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
- Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
- proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
- Communicate with customers and technical team to address aftersales technical issues.
- Assist the technical team improving product design to reduce failure rate.
- Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.
- Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology.
- Minimum 2 years practical experience as an after-sales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company.
- Must live at close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do on-site/field works.
- Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Skilled in soldering techniques.
- Familiar with electric circuit faults.
