Job Summary
- We are an established agricultural company seeking to urgently recruit a qualified and experienced Agronomist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site assessments and provide agronomic support to field operations.
- Attend and contribute to meetings with key stakeholders.
- Analyse agronomic data and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare and submit high-quality reports on field activities, trials, and outcomes.

Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years professional experience in agronomy or related field.
- Strong fieldwork background – must be comfortable and effective working directly on-site with farmers and agricultural teams.
- Proven ability to represent the company in meetings with stakeholders including NGOs, government agencies, and partner organizations.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation of field reports.
- Excellent report writing skills – able to compile and present findings and recommendations clearly.
