The Role

We are on the lookout for an AI/LLM Engineer with expertise in using Dify (or similar no-code platforms).
In this role, you will work on designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to create intelligent, interactive solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that the AI solutions align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and fine-tune AI models that utilize LLMs for various applications.
Develop and deploy no-code solutions using Dify, optimizing for performance and usability.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define AI capabilities, and translate them into effective solutions.
Integrate AI systems with existing platforms and services, ensuring seamless functionality.
Monitor and maintain AI applications, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective.
Conduct research to keep abreast of the latest trends in AI and no-code development.
Provide documentation, training, and support to internal teams on implemented AI solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on LLM development.
Proficiency with no-code platforms, specifically Dify, for building and deploying AI applications.
Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and related frameworks.
Experience with AI model development, training, and optimization.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and remote collaboration tools.
Experience working in health tech or related fields is a plus.
