Role Description
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them in conversation, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will NOT be required to close sales – your focus will be on starting the conversation and qualifying interest.

Qualifications
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts and contact lists
- Identify decision-makers and generate interest in our services
- Schedule appointments for our sales team using internal tools
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
- Follow up with warm leads via phone, email, or text as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
- Clear and professional phone voice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting as needed
- Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
