Program Overview
We are looking for audacious, creative problem solvers to join us on our journey of transforming, redefining, and reimagining the Nigerian energy sector.
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to equip young professionals with the tools, support, and exposure needed to excel, grow, and contribute meaningfully to our industry. Successful candidates will benefit from structured training, mentorship, and real project experiences that will challenge and develop them into future leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree (minimum 2:1) or HND (Upper Credit) from a recognized institution.

Fields of study:
-
Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum, Civil, Process, Chemical, Structural, Geology, Computer Science, or other related STEM fields.

Law, Humanities, Social & Management Sciences.
-

NYSC: Must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate or hold an exemption letter.

Experience: Not more than 3 years post-graduation experience.
Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Digital savviness and adaptability.

Creative problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
