Description
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Architect to join our team at Periwinkle Residences Limited, a leading player in the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee finishing works for high-end residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate with design, site, and procurement teams to resolve detailing issues
- Monitor progress on-site and provide timely architectural guidance
- Ability to lead a team of contractors and consultants
- Develop and oversee high-quality architectural finishes for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Ensure the execution of detailed design specifications, materials, colors, and textures that align with the overall project vision.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor finishing works
- Produce detailed architectural finishing drawings, including elevations, sections, and construction details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Sc or B.Arch) from a recognized institution, must have ARCON
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience
- Proven expertise in site supervision, detailing, material specification, and quality control
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Membership in professional bodies like NIA (Nigerian Institute of Architects) is a plus.
- Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple finishing projects simultaneously from concept to completion.
