Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Café Manager to support the daily operations of our café. The role involves assisting in supervising staff, ensuring top-notch customer service, monitoring inventory, and maintaining smooth day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Prior experience in café/restaurant management or supervisory roles.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to support operations, staff scheduling, and inventory management.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
