Job Description:
- Are you a creative and results-driven marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry?
- La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and motivated assistant Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our brand’s growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote the resort’s services and amenities.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand presence.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support in organizing promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and marketing software is a plus.
