Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Recruiter and Virtual Assistant Training Coordinator.
  • This unique role combines the responsibilities of recruiting for various roles within the company and developing comprehensive training programs specifically for Virtual Assistants (VAs).
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment and training, with a passion for developing talent and fostering a positive work environment.

 

Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.

Virtual Assistant Training:

  • Develop and implement training programs for new VAs, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet client expectations.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and provide continuous support to new VA hires.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to VAs to enhance their performance and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in VA training.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably within the virtual assistance industry.
  • Strong understanding of the VA role and the skills required to excel in it.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively convey information and provide clear instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
