Job Description

We are seeking a resourceful and client-focused professional to join our team as an Assistant, Relationship Manager (EB). The successful candidate will support the Relationship Manager in managing and growing a portfolio of Business and Commercial Banking clients, while ensuring excellent customer service, compliance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Relationship Manager with the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
Act as a central office-bound contact point for allocated clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and KYC requirements.
Apply sound account management principles for optimal credit and portfolio performance.
Assess client needs and deliver appropriate transactional services to meet business requirements.
Assist in preparing credit motivations and ensure adherence to lending principles.

Qualifications & Experience

First degree in Business, Commerce, or any related field.
3 – 4 years’ experience in:
- Portfolio management for Business or Commercial Banking clients.
- Branch sales and/or service roles.
- Preparing credit motivations and applying lending principles.
