Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to create and maintain robust, scalable, and well-tested backend infrastructure. This role involves designing efficient systems, building APIs, optimizing performance, and providing documentation that ensures smooth integration with frontend and mobile applications—ultimately delivering a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
-
Define and communicate technical and design requirements.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.

Design and implement APIs for integration with frontend and mobile apps.

Optimize application performance for full-scale production deployments.

Provide proper code documentation and technical specifications.

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, performance audits, and UATs.

Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, managers, and stakeholders.

Participate in the full application lifecycle with a focus on coding and debugging.

Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve or migrate legacy systems.
-
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4–9 years’ proven work experience in backend development.

Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
