Job Description
As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for attending to customers’ financial needs, processing transactions, and promoting banking products and services. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive banking experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to customers in a professional manner

Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments accurately

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly

Balance daily transactions and maintain accurate records

Cross-sell and promote banking products and services
Requirements

Minimum of OND (Lower Credit) in any field

Must be 25 years old or younger

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good customer service orientation

Strong numerical ability and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Previous banking or customer service experience is an added advantage
