About the Berger Graduate Trainee Program 2025:
The Berger Paints Nigeria Graduate Trainee Scheme is designed to develop young, talented graduates into future leaders within our organization. This program provides hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of the business, preparing candidates for impactful careers in their respective fields.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured training sessions across various departments.
- Gain hands-on experience through rotational assignments in relevant business units.
- Work on real-time projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand business operations and challenges.
- Develop problem-solving skills and leadership competencies.
Available Areas:
1. Chemistry
Requirements:
- Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and career growth in the manufacturing and industrial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
2. Sales and Marketing.
Requirements:
- Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, or Marketing or related fields from a recognized institution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for learning and career growth in the manufacturing and industrial sector.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
3. Accounting:
- Must have completed NYSC with 1-2 years of post-NYSC experience.
