About the Role

We are seeking a competent Branch Service Manager (Assistant Banking Officer level) to oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch service operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain operational compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Supervise branch staff to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Safeguard branch assets and ensure adherence to risk management and control measures.

Support the Branch Manager in driving efficiency, accountability, and customer retention.

Requirements
