Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Associate to support the execution of brand strategies, campaigns, and communication initiatives that enhance our company’s image and guest experience.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints, promoting our services, and driving customer engagement within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations across all properties.
- Support the creation of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, F&B, Spa, etc.) to ensure brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Conduct regular brand audits to ensure all marketing materials, uniforms, signage, and guest touchpoints align with brand guidelines.
- Liaise with external vendors, photographers, and graphic designers to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating brand events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Ensure timely updates of in-room collateral, digital menu boards, and other brand communication assets.
- Maintain the company’s media and content library (photos, videos, creative assets).
- Support the Brand Manager in executing seasonal campaigns, CSR activities, and public relations initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Brand Management, or a related field.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in branding, marketing, or communicationspreferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current branding and hospitality trends.
