Job Description

  • To provide support in implementing Brand, Marketing & Communication programs, which aims to build brand, reputation and advocacy, in order to deepen and grow trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Differentiators for the role:

  • Support the strategic vision of the firm, but supporting BMC leadership.
  • Build and enhance the Deloitte brand through strategic communication and engagement with media, clients, regulators and other stakeholders.
  • Support a variety of communications needs both internally and externally.
  • Responsible for developing campaigns that align to the firms strategic brand drivers and execute against key communications strategies and plans.
  • Responsible for the management and best practice of program(s).
  • Support the maintenance of operational excellence to ensure consistency of client experience.
  • Responsible for themes (as it relates to service areas) and content creation.
  • Ensure seamless execution with high quality client experience.
  • Facilitate sharing of learnings across campaigns.
  • Compile and communicate campaign/event performance reports to local and global stakeholders.
  • Formalize and activate feedback and impact reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in communications, marketing and/or accountancy fields.
  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level / NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
  • 0 – 3 years’ cognate experience in communication and marketing
  • Effective decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS-office tools i.e. Excel, Word and Power-point
  • Sound written and oral communication.
