Job Description:
  • As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in researching, planning, and executing key aspects of our startup formation.
  • You will analyze market opportunities, develop a business plan, assess financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
  • This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact the success and direction of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and commercial analysis to identify opportunities
  • Develop and refine the business plan and strategy
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data analysis and financial modeling
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint
  • Assist in company formation processes, including legal and financial structuring
  • Support transactional activities related to business operations
  • Regulatory registrations/approvals
  • Collaborate with the founding team on ideas generation, including innovation strategies to shape the vision and roadmap

Qualifications:
  • 3 to 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position
  • Strong understanding of startups and company formation
  • Expertise in business planning, market research, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of AI, emerging technologies, and digital business models is a plus
