Job Description:
- As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in researching, planning, and executing key aspects of our startup formation.
- You will analyze market opportunities, develop a business plan, assess financial models, and support strategic decision-making.
- This is a hands-on role where your contributions will directly impact the success and direction of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and commercial analysis to identify opportunities
- Develop and refine the business plan and strategy
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other tools for data analysis and financial modeling
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations using PowerPoint
- Assist in company formation processes, including legal and financial structuring
- Support transactional activities related to business operations
- Regulatory registrations/approvals
- Collaborate with the founding team on ideas generation, including innovation strategies to shape the vision and roadmap
Qualifications:
- 3 to 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position
- Strong understanding of startups and company formation
- Expertise in business planning, market research, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of AI, emerging technologies, and digital business models is a plus
