Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to grasp business objectives, processes, and requirements.
Participate in the analysis of systems, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Assist in eliciting, documenting, and prioritizing business and system requirements.
Support workshops and meetings, contributing to requirement validation and gathering valuable input.
Contribute to the development of process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process models.
Participate in data analysis to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Contribute to the preparation of clear and concise documentation, including user stories and test cases.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Engage in testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, and support change management activities.
Assist in monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing insights for potential improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Demonstrated interest in Business Analysis, with a focus on software development or process improvement.
Developing analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
Eagerness to learn and proficiency in adapting business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Exposure to process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering is a plus.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and a willingness to work in cross-functional teams.
