Role Summary
- The Daily Operations Business Analyst will own analytics for the Shared/B2C business line. The analyst will provide visibility into daily route performance, revenue, pricing, customer behaviour, cancellations, and operational efficiency.
- This role supports the Shuttlers Daily business line with insights that drive growth and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end data and performance analytics for Shared/B2C operations.
- Build dashboards for daily route performance: occupancy, revenue, demand, cancellations, and routing efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on route profitability, booking patterns, and customer behavior.
- Identify optimization opportunities in pricing, capacity placement, and route schedules.
- Partner with Ops to resolve real-time issues (route drops, seat shortages).
- Validate and monitor data quality for trip, booking, and route data.
- Support product experiments and measure impact with clear metrics.
- Deliver periodic performance reports with insights and recommendations.
KPIs
- 98% data accuracy and timeliness of dashboards and reports.
- > 80% rating from internal stakeholders
Requirements
- 2–3+ years experience as a Business/Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Data Studio).
- Experience with advanced analytics or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar technologies) is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
