Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business growth strategy that positions Proten’s International as a leading provider of Recruitment services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the recruitment offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing client engagements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment team to ensure that the services offered align with market needs and client expectations.
- Report on business growth activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 3 – 5 years experience in selling HR Solutions
- Proven experience in business development within the HR consulting sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling Recruitment services and growing business units.
