Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, creative, and business-driven female graduate, currently serving or within one year post-NYSC, to join our team as a Business Development & Digital Assistant.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is confident, tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow within the ERP and digital consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Support lead generation and manage initial outreach to prospects.
  • Conduct sales calls and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Develop and contribute to strategies that drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and marketing efforts.

Email Campaigns & CRM Management:

  • Design and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho.
  • Track email performance and suggest improvements.
  • Keep CRM updated with prospect interactions and status.

Virtual Assistant Duties:

  • Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and prepare client presentations.
  • Draft proposals, reports, and follow-up documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development and operations team.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

  • Assist in planning and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Occasionally shoot and edit short-form video content (e.g., 30s reels, testimonials, explainer videos).
  • Create graphics, flyers, and marketing visuals using Canva or similar tools.
  • Support content creation strategies for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and email.

Video Presence:

  • Be camera-ready and able to speak confidently in short videos that represent the company, products, or updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Female candidate, currently serving or within 1 year post-NYSC.
  • Smart, fast learner, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills – both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Canva, and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot).
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging with clients virtually.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Interest in ERP systems, technology, or business consulting.
  • Experience with social media management or ad platforms.
  • Basic understanding of content marketing or SEO.
