Profile of the Candidate (Education, Training, Experience, Competences, Skills)
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-10 years’ significant experience in similar job role (sales or business development) within oil servicing industry or related industries.
- Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders. Ability to understand NCDMB/local content requirements and tendering processes.
- Adeptness in building professional networks to identify new opportunities Capacity to develop creative, strategic solutions and long-term business growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or ERP tools is an added advantage.
