  • Drive the strategic direction of the business development team to meet revenue goals
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to grow the business
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored proposals and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with product offerings
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the client base and enhance profitability
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure Zeal Group remains at the forefront of the market

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the tech or finance sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
