- We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
- The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing general operations, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and spearheading business growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
- Lead sales and marketing efforts, including developing and executing effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities to meet sales targets.
- Provide oversight on day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality service delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, streamline operations, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and business partners.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including licensing, permits, and legal obligations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, market analysis, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and collective business development goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field. A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate development, business development, operations, sales, or marketing roles within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully growing revenue, expanding market reach, and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Must be between 45 and 55 years of age.
- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and business performance evaluation.
