Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach and drive sales.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop customized solutions to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve business targets.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue leads, converting them into long-term customers.
- Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business plans.
- Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales, market trends, and business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Proven success in meeting and exceeding business targets.
