Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager here in Abuja.
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing business growth strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the real estate sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field with 3-5 years work experience.
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strategic Planning and Decision-making abilities
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry and experienced at selling events
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
