Job Overview:
- Onyx Beauty and Hair Limited is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and market expansion.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, and sales, particularly in the luxury beauty and hair industry.
- This role requires strategic planning, networking, and leadership to strengthen our market position and achieve financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand brand presence and market reach.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to increase revenue.
- Lead marketing and sales initiatives, including digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and promotional strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Develop pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and revenue models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, branding, and customer experience.
- Represent Onyx Beauty and Hair Limited in an industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze business performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, and marketing, preferably in the luxury beauty, hair, or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in international sourcing and distribution.
- Established network in the beauty and hair industry.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
