Job Summary

  • We are seeking a result-drivenand experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expand our client base
  • -dentify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the design and construction teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and prospects
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client bases
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the interior design and construction industry is a plus
