Job Description:
- Are you passionate about technical excellence in the Oil & Gas industry? We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- This role requires strong technical expertise to secure strategic partnerships, foster client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with technical partners possessing deep knowledge of NipeX codes, building strong relationships within the oil and gas sector.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
- Manage the maintenance and registration of regulatory permits, including DPRs and NCEC.
- Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documents for NipeX tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop project proposals, offering technically proficient solutions through data-driven analysis.
- Assist in evaluating, creating, and developing technically rigorous bid requirements.
- Create and implement technical business strategies, delivering impactful presentations.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO standards, conduct training, and perform ISO audits as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4 – 10 years of experience in selling advanced business solutions, OEM consolidation, and working within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of NipeX, DPR regulations, and ISO standards.
- Proven ability to develop and convert business leads into long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience handling regulatory permits and technical documentation.
