About the Role
CourierPlus, a leading logistics and distribution services company established in 2009, is seeking experienced and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team in Ikorodu, Lagos State.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and courier sector.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and performance metrics.

Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Represent the company at industry events and networking forums within the region.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in logistics or transport).

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent knowledge of the local market (Ikorodu, Gbagada, and Ilorin).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
