Role Summary
- We are seeking a Business Development Officer to support lead generation, opportunity tracking, and proposal development for our client’s training, consulting, and employee engagement solutions.
- This role is ideal for a disciplined executor who wants to grow into senior commercial leadership.
Job Description
- Support the identification of new business opportunities across corporate, public sector, and institutional clients
- Research prospective clients, sectors, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records
- Assist in preparing proposals, concept notes, quotations, and pitch materials
- Follow up on leads, expressions of interest, and submitted proposals
- Support meetings, presentations, and relationship management activities
- Track business development activities and prepare basic performance reports.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 3 years experience in business development, sales support, or client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of proposal development and client engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience in training, HR, consulting, or professional services is an advantage
- Experience using digital marketing for lead generation.

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
