We are looking to hire Experienced Business Development Officers to join our team in Lagos and Abuja.


Job Details

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives, build client relationships, and drive business expansion in a dynamic financial services environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Achieve investment targets set for the fiscal year
  •  Identify & mobilize investments from individuals and corporate clients
  •  Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting and networking
  •  Collaborate with the team to develop tailored financial solutions
  •  Provide insights on market trends to enhance business opportunities
  •  Manage client relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals
  •  Prepare periodic reports, call memos, and activity updates
  •  Drive mass marketing initiatives for increased sign-ups and account openings
  •  Other duties as assigned by the Regional Head

Requirements

  •  2-4 years hands-on Business Development experience in the financial services industry.
  • Interested candidates should possess a bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
