Job Purpose:
- Responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team across assigned Express Centres.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.
- Analyze sales data and report performance to the Regional Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years in sales management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
