Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key players in the fintech space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech technologies.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor and report key sales metrics, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on fintech or technology-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex client relationships.
- Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to leverage market insights to drive business decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to drive team success.
- Proven ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.
