Position Overview
We are seeking a Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth workflow, and compliance with hospitality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, customer service excellence, and business management skills to drive profitability while maintaining high quality standards.
Requirements

Relevant academic qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience managing a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality establishment.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff schedules effectively.
