Job Summary

Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, product information, and account issues.
- Provide prompt and accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns, guiding them through the e-commerce process.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
