1. NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State
JOB SUMMARY:
Drive national distributor performance, achieve sales growth, and deepen market penetration in line with corporate objectives and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement national distributor sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong, profitable distributor relationships for long-term business continuity.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to sustain a competitive edge.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in sales management within manufacturing or building materials.
- Demonstrated success in managing distributor networks and achieving KPIs.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Navision).
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) will be an added advantage.
2. ARCHITECT (Showroom Sales)
(Preferably Female – for Gender Balance)
Location: Lagos
JOB SUMMARY:
Creative, customer-focused architect to manage showroom sales operations, deliver premium customer experiences, and provide expert design consultations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional design advice to customers to enhance sales performance.
- Manage showroom display aesthetics and inventory for maximum impact.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ showroom or retail sales experience (building materials preferred).
- Strong design, presentation and communication skills.
- Passion for design, architecture, and customer experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Navision).
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) will be an added advantage.
3. ARCHITECT (Showroom Sales)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain showroom aesthetics and inventory standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve showroom and regional objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ showroom or retail sales experience.

- Identify and close project sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ project sales experience within the building materials industry.
