Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Chemical Laboratory Analyst to join our team.
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in our factory production process by conducting chemical analyses, ensuring product quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities- Chemical Laboratory Analyst
Chemical Analysis:
- Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using various analytical techniques.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to ensure compliance with established specifications and standards.
Quality Control:
- Monitor and assess product quality through regular sampling and testing.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions.
Instrumentation Operation:
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, including spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and titrators.
- Ensure calibration and proper functioning of equipment to obtain accurate and reliable results.
Data Recording and Reporting:
- Record and interpret data accurately, maintaining detailed laboratory notebooks and electronic records.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing analysis results, trends, and any deviations from specifications.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the development of safety procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficiency enhancements and quality advancements.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Maintain documentation for laboratory procedures, test methods, and quality control processes.
Qualifications – Chemical Laboratory Analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Chemical Laboratory Analyst in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, instrumentation, and laboratory procedures.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
