Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
- The CFO will oversee the financial management and strategy of the organization, ensuring financial stability and supporting business growth.
- Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, regulatory reporting, developing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and leading the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proven capabilities in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Leadership, team management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA or ICAN) are preferred
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or a related financial sector is advantageous.
