Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security strategies for the organisation.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure physical, personnel, and information security.
- Lead the response to security incidents and crises, including investigations and risk mitigation.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of security systems, including surveillance and access control.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments across departments or properties.
- Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to align security with business operations.
- Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of security personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and standards relating to security.
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and emergency services when needed.
- Maintain incident reports and manage data protection policies to secure sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a similar role.
- A military experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record of managing security operations in large or complex environments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and investigation procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop strategic security initiatives that support business objectives.
- Proficiency in modern security technology and information systems.
